“The good thing about science is that it is true whether you believe it ornot.” – Neil degrasse Tyson. The best quote for Science March Day. Odd Neil deGrasse Tyson quote on a shirt: “Science is not a liberal conspiracy.”

Somehow, the left has escaped responsibility for being the purveyors of some of the most widely believed conspiracies and pseudoscience propaganda on the Internet. Odd Neil deGrasse Tyson quote on a shirt: “Science is not a liberal conspiracy.” — Actually, it totally is. It is classical liberalism applied to knowledge. Science is, more or less, the democratization of the knowledge-making process. It is a conspiratorial attempt to upend the traditional (conservative) knowledge-by-authority model. Attempts to sell science as an alternative source of authority miss the point entirely, and decades of selling it as such are part of the origin of our current mess.
“But liberals need to clean up their own house before they make blanket assertions about conservatives being the only anti-science assholes out there. And since Maher attests to being such a champion of rational thought, he really needs to wake up to the mountains of bullshit in his own backyard. The smell bleeds through my TV set every time he says the word “frankenfood” like a toddler who just learned a new curse word.”
